Post-Megaeconomics and the Moon.

Post-Megaeconomics and the Moon.
On March 19, an article was published in The National Interest magazine that China has very ambitious plans to explore the Moon. The Celestial Empire is going to send a taikonaut (Chinese cosmonaut) there, and in 2036 deploy a base there. This is an extremely important thing for Russia, because, in my opinion, no base can be deployed there without a good nuclear power plant. By the way, the article also mentions the capabilities of our country associated with such stations in space.

We are entering a bipolar world in which the strongest military confrontation will happen. I hope that negotiations between the United States, Russia and China will still be held and this will be a confrontation according to the rules. Bases on the Moon will become part of the military confrontation. I am sure the bases will be for military purposes, taking into account the bipolarity of the world, which actually stimulates progress.

Whether we like it or not, breakthrough projects are being implemented within the military industry first of all (in computers, in missiles, in the nuclear industry). The same thing will happen with the development of the Earth's satellite. Russia has a huge advantage.
And now about how important it is to explore the Moon not only for military purposes.

It is known that megaeconomics is a branch of economic theory that explores the problems of global production. The world economy is a global economy that connects national economies into a single system by the international division of labor. In the near future, thanks to the exploration of space and the planets of the solar system, new phenomena of the world economy will arise, which will become increasingly difficult to describe within the framework of the mega-economy. Therefore, megaeconomics will be replaced by post-megaeconomics (the concept and justification of this direction in economics was first introduced by me in 2015) - a section of economic theory in which the phenomena, features and problems of world production that have arisen in connection with the exploration and use of outer space and the planets of the solar system (Moon, Mars, etc.) will be studied. economics in the context of mining and construction of remotely controlled facilities (factories, chemical plants, power systems, etc. on the planets, it will allow us to take a fresh look at the problems of the mega-economy. Currently, one of the urgent problems of the post-mega-economy is the problem of corporatization of space projects for the exploration of planets, as well as legal and economic problems of acquiring the surface and subsoil of planets in the solar system (for example, the Moon). This is due to the fact that this problem has not been raised at the interstate level (remember the situation with inaccessible Antarctica, which is now completely divided into economic zones of various countries). Therefore, impostor subjects appear. For example, an acre of the Moon's surface (about 0.4 hectares) can be purchased for $15.99 cents. It is also possible to purchase plots on Mars, Venus and other planets of the Solar system. Pluto is sold entirely for 250 thousand dollars. Denis Hope's firm Lunar Embassy has been selling the surface of the Moon for about 20 years, but things started to climb only a few years ago, when the company's representative office opened on the Internet. The story of the Moon Embassy began in 1980, when Hope discovered a loophole in the 1967 UN Treaty. on the principles of the activities of States in the exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies. Article II of the treaty reads as follows: "Outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, is not subject to national appropriation either by proclaiming sovereignty over them, or by use or occupation, or by any other means.` However, the agreement does not say anything about the appropriation of the Moon and planets of the Solar System by private individuals, and Hope filed a petition for this in the San Francisco District Court, and also notified the UN, the US and Russian governments of his intentions. Having received no objections, Hope officially took possession of the Moon and eight planets of the Solar system. It is quite obvious that the real development of the post-megaeconomy, which, according to my forecasts, will begin in the 2060-2070s, will throw aside Denis Hope's "planetary capitals". Those countries that actually spend financial resources on the development of post-megaeconomics, that is, on the exploration and use of space and the planets of the solar system, will own the planets.
