As a psychologist, I often have to consult on the Internet not only those who live in Russia, but also those who have left it. In fact, I have been advising our migrants who are now living abroad for a long time. They are all different. And they all worry differently about the future of Russia, about its fate. These experiences have intensified especially in 2022 in connection with well-known events important for Russia and the world. What are these experiences? What is their typology?
There are Russian migrants who empathize for Russia, for its future, for the future of its economy, supporting its foreign policy behavior towards the United States and the West in connection with the current situation. They want nothing terrible to happen in Russia in connection with worries for their loved ones, for their Homeland, as they continue to love it fr om a distance.
Nevertheless, it must be recognized that the psychoanalysis I conducted with regard to other Russian migrants often reveals sadomasochistic attitudes. That is, among Russian migrants there is a certain anticipatory and relishing expectation of negative events and the outcome that may happen to Russia, in particular, with the fall of its economy, with a significant drop in the standard of living of Russians. Such migrants believe in a certain fatal outcome of Russia. This fictional fatality pleases them and even causes ecstasy! Among them there are even believers and those praying for some kind of End of Russia that will bring good. They desire victims and relish their appearance. As a psychoanalyst, I have to reveal to some migrants the origins of all this happening in their souls. And these sadomasochistic attitudes are gradually disappearing. It's not that easy! It takes time.
These migrants seem to be filled with the expectation of "horror outside the blanket", which is usually experienced by moviegoers who enjoy watching horror films. That is, these migrants are happy to look at everything that is happening with Russia from the outside, from the side of their comfortable "blanket" of migration, justifying themselves and rejoicing that they migrated successfully and on time from Russia. The worse Russia and its economy are, the more joy overwhelms these Russian migrants. They search the Internet only for negative videos concerning the problems and troubles of Russia. It amuses them.
Among such migrants there are many Internet militant migrants who actively speak on social networks, YouTube, tiktok, etc. In addition, there are many professional journalists among them who, having migrated abroad, quickly and quickly became bold in their assessments. This sadomasochistic relish of Russia and its impending decline becomes the main motivation of their videographic, journalistic and journalistic creativity. They are very upset that Russia is still able to resist the global gangster economic sanctions.
This sadomasochistic joy, apparently, is akin to the joy of expectation that always embraces the political opposition, which happily and vulgarly expects a fall in the standard of living of the people, on the basis of which it is possible to come to success and power. But I have repeatedly noted that there is a big difference between the fate of the Fatherland and the fate of the authorities. Some ambitious and short-sighted individuals, obsessed with sadomasochistic attitudes, are not able to understand this difference. The reasons for the support of the majority of Russians for everything that is happening in Ukraine are connected with the concern for their Fatherland, for Russia.
The level of sadomasochistic aesthetics of migrant journalists can be assessed by how they participate in the creation of fakes or video fakes.
It must be recognized that the world has been developing for several decades, according to simulacra. Simulacra are living signs, divorced from reality. Simulacra live by themselves in the virtual world, but at the same time affect the world. Moreover, simulacra, sometimes, become more real than reality, as they are released worldwide and, thanks to this, capture the souls of the people of the planet. And people are increasingly behaving, experiencing and thinking according to simulacra.
The so-called notorious fakes or video fakes, which are staged videos, are just a kind of simulacra. The world of simulacra is much wider. It includes various productions in cinematography, video creation, art, animation, on television, in the media, in advertising, politics, economics, etc. And the world began to develop more and more often, according to the prescribed media and cinema scenarios. Remember the fall of two skyscrapers in New York, which were before their real fall in Hollywood cinema. Remember the feature film "The Tail wagging the Dog", which became a technology, recipe and instruction for the work of the special services and the expansionist policy of the United States in the world. According to this technology, a staged video is first made, which is then issued as reality. This is one of the varieties of manipulation. Simulacra is always a manipulation of consciousness.
The President of Ukraine came to power according to the same technologies. At first, thanks to his puppeteers and manipulators, he became the president of Ukraine in the movie "Servant of the People", and then became the real president. It was a mind manipulation project.
Therefore, it is not surprising why Zelensky, as a representative of the staged cinematographic and videographic art, continued to introduce his skills and intelligence in the production of video fakes or fakes related to the information war with Russia. He oversees it like a professional! Our leadership needs to take an example!
The world of simulacra replaces reality, although people understand that this is a staged and artificially created product. Time passes and these simulacra become the main content of our psyche and life.
Ask yourself what was more relevant for your soul as a child: Winnie the Pooh bear from the cartoon, or a real bear cub in the zoo of your city? And imagine if Winnie the Pooh got out of the TV to your kitchen and began to drink tea with you, with honey... This happened in Ukraine. The servant of the people got off the screen and came to the Ukrainians.
People tend to forget the fact of the production. People get used to and give themselves to the art of simulacra so much that it ceases to be relevant for them to stage it or actually.
There are productions that are initially given out as reality. They are now called fakes.
And what has changed in the world since the introduction of simulacra into our lives, described by postmodern philosophers a few decades ago?
Only the tools of simulacrum circulation have changed . The Internet has come with its YouTube and tick-tock, etc. Now you don't need to turn on the TV or go to the cinema as before. The screens are on our palms, with fingers that just need to swipe on the touch surface of the glass. Simulacra now come to our souls by "the pike's command, by my will."
Remember that it is common for our souls to be deceived with their own consent.
When creating content, Russian journalists should understand that de-Americanization of the world is the main meaning of Russia.
The primary de-Americanization of the world. And everything else related to demilitarization, denazification, etc., are just tools of de-Americanization. De-Americanization began in a zone wh ere a critical mass of destructive Americanization, dangerous for Russia, was concentrated. This zone turned out to be the zone of Ukraine.
The deployment of NATO bases near Russia is a secondary problem. Moreover, after the start of Russia's special operation in Ukraine, NATO bases became even more active and increased in number. That is, the problem of the danger of NATO for Russia has remained the same. And Russia, apparently, assumed such an outcome. Therefore, the main goal of the military special operation was not Ukraine itself, as some experts believe, but Ukraine, impregnated with NATO and the destructive process of Americanization. Thus, the main goal of Russia was the de-Americanization of Ukraine, which, without noticing it, became a hostage of the United States, which causes pity. And only time and history will show that this move of Russia became the trigger of the process of de-Americanization of the world.
Therefore, it is not necessary to short-sightedly simplify the concept of Russia's behavior in Ukraine, which, allegedly, is a dead end and does not have a sufficient level of meaning. And without the main meaning, the meaning of actions and operations in any sphere is lost. It makes sense! This is a solution to the problem of the world order, in which Russia will have a worthy place. And this task is impossible without the costs that have fallen on Russia!
Most experts analyze Russia and Ukraine, but little analyze the destructive concept of the Hegemon, that is, the United States. This topic is bypassed. There is a certain Hegemon that affects the whole world with the help of sanctions. And many international actors behave cautiously about statements about the United States. All this affects the experts as well. This is the reason for the short-sightedness of some experts in world political science and economics. They got carried away shortsightedly with particulars and tactical survival tasks.
The hegemon underestimated the economic role of Russia in the entire world economy, believing in a small share of Russia in the world economy. Russia's economic role turned out to be reactive and resonant. Russia's indignation at the US and European economies turned out to be significant. These are just some of the components of Russia's importance to the world. Moreover, according to authoritative world economists, the future of the world belongs to energy. The energy era in the world will flourish and Russia will play a key role in this. The world will need a lot of energy. That is why the world and the West have very great appetites for Russia with its energy and raw material potential.
Or there will be a new world order with a special and significant role of Russia in the world. This is Russia's task and goal. If this happens, the world will say that it should have been so!
Or the world will be without Russia. This is the task of the Hegemon.
De-Americanization of the world is the main meaning of Russia. And again, as it was in the first and Second World Wars, Russia has a key sacrificial role in the world. Europe should remember Russia as its savior from Hitler's fascism. The question of how much of what the Hegemon is doing to the world, using economic and political expansion on all international actors, is a disguised form of world aggression, remains open?
Funny short-sighted modernist sketches by some journalists and media analysts. The world is ruled by situationality and one day it can hit with such a bifurcation that it will wash away all the former constructions and projections of ambitious authors of doctrines. Most of all, the past planning of all sorts of analysts about the economic development of Russia for ten or even twenty years ahead was striking. I remember these past publications in the media. And then I talked about their linearity, myopia, because they did not take into account the unpredictability, uncertainty, bifurcation of the postmodern era. And this bifurcation occurred with Russia in February-2022. All the former short-sighted linearities of reputable analysts have collapsed. Alas! There are a lot of analysts who are philosophical and ideological underdogs.
